If you use a sturdier fabric you can make the tiara tie structured hat. Both are fabulous. This is a PDF file that will arrive by email after purchase. It includes a beautiful envelope to fold together and store with your other patterns. To print out this paper pattern you will need 16 letter size sheets and masking tape to join the tiles. (Suggest using the backs of used re-cycled paper.) To complete the project you will probably need 1 yd. fabric and the TIARA HAT needs Rhinestones and Scrap (cereal box) cardboard for the tiara tie.
