This elastic-hem ruffle-dress is a simple construction but is so charming. The design also features elastic-gathered drop waist front and back. Rag ruffles down front bodice, on sleeves, and back waist. Pull over ease. Curved patch pockets. To complete this project you will need 3 lengths of elastic: 15″, 15″, 42″. 2. PAPER PATTERN download – To complete this project you will need 3 lengths of elastic 15″, 15″, 42″ and 3 1/4 yards 44-inch wide fabric (or try using a fabulous sheet). Printing the download requires 30 sheets of letter (8.5 X 11 inch) paper (recommend the backs of recycled paper) and masking tape to tile the pages together. We print on 44-inch wide yardage using sublimation printing on polyblend fabric substrates. Small fabric samples are available upon request for the cost of shipping.
