CUT and SEW Craft Panel PRINTED RIGHT ON FABRIC<\/span> is so convenient.\u00a0 You can cut it out while sitting on the sofa.\u00a0 No need to spread out or stress your back.\u00a0 This elastic-hem ruffle-dress is a simple construction but is so charming.\u00a0 The design also features elastic-gathered drop waist front and back.\u00a0 Rag ruffles down front bodice, on sleeves, and back waist.\u00a0 Pull over ease.\u00a0 Curved patch pockets.\u00a0 To complete this project you will need 3 lengths of elastic: 15″, 15″, 42″.\u00a0 One size (The same dress is pictured on a small mannequin and a plus size mannequin) 51 inch bust. (Custom measurements may be available. Contact<\/a>.)\u00a0 Sublimation printing process on poly blend fabrics. 2. PAPER PATTERN<\/span> download – To complete this project you will need 3 lengths of elastic 15″, 15″, 42″\u00a0 and\u00a0 3 1\/4 yards 44-inch wide fabric\u00a0 (or try using a fabulous sheet).\u00a0 Printing the download requires 30 sheets of letter (8.5 X 11 inch) paper (recommend the backs of recycled paper) and masking tape to tile the pages together.\u00a0 After payment you will receive an e-mail with a link to download the PDF file.\u00a0 Check the junk folder if it does not arrive soon.<\/p>\n
